Q1: How can I place an order?
Select a category from the drop-down menu, browse for an item you like and select it, you are going to be redirected to the product page, where you will need to select a color, size and add special requirements if needed.
Q2: How can I check the order status?
Once order placed, you can check the order status any time in My Account, you will learn in which step the order is there. You may also email us or contact us online for further details. If you can’t get your order information, please contact our customer service email service@flormiss.com.
Q3: Can I cancel my order?
Yes.There are two types of order cancellation:
1. Canceling an Unpaid Order: An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 1 day.
2. Canceling a Paid Order: If you haven't received the shipping notification email, you can cancel it by contacting our service team.
Q4: Why I placed my order but did not get a confirmation?
If you placed your order but didn’t get an email confirmation that the order was placed, don't worry! You may still have an order, you'll just want to try the following to double check.
Check your spam folder. Our email confirmations can sometimes end up in there.
Go to "My Orders" and you'll be able to see all the order's you've placed and should be able to see the status of your order.
Check your bank account to make sure that there is a transaction from Thelessbridal.

Q5: When will I receive my order?
Total Delivery Time = Processing/Tailoring Time + Shipping Time
From the completion of your order payment, the usual time for the wedding dress to be produced and delivered is 70-90 days (including production and delivery time). If you have an urgent order, please be sure to contact our customer service (additional expedited fees may apply in this case). When your wedding dress is ready, you will receive a notification email with the shipping confirmation number. You can also check your order for specific information.
