Delivery



Theless will cover the delivery cost of the wedding dress, and customers do not need to pay additional fees. The wedding dress is shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL, providing tracking services and delivering without the need for a signature.
If you prefer a specific delivery service or require a "signature required" service, please contact our customer service (additional fees may apply in this case). Therefore, please contact us before choosing this method.
Whichever delivery option you choose, Theless will provide you with an online tracking link.

Tracking Your Package



Shipping details can be found on your account page. Click on -> Order -> Details, where you will find the tracking number for the purchased wedding dress. Please use this tracking number to check the logistics details on the https://www.17track.net/ courier service website.

Delivery Time



Theless specializes in customized wedding dresses. From the completion of your order payment, the usual time for the wedding dress to be produced and delivered is 70-90 days (including production and delivery time). If you have an urgent order, please be sure to contact our customer service (additional expedited fees may apply in this case). When your wedding dress is ready, you will receive a notification email with the shipping confirmation number. You can also check your order for specific information.

Address Changes



If the wedding dress has not been shipped, you can contact customer service to change the delivery address free of charge. Once the product is in "transit" status, the delivery address cannot be changed.
